Refund, Delivery, Cancellation and Return Policy
We sell two types of products:
- Digital and Downloadable media such as Courses and e-Books
- Mentoring and Coaching Services (including recording via Zoom):
- Single Coaching Session for Individual (One-on-One)
- Multiple Coaching Sessions for Individual (Package of 2+ sessions)
- Single Coaching Sessions for Group (1 Coaching session for group of people)
- Multiple Coaching sessions for Group (Package of 2+ session for group of people)
Our refund policy applies to only Mentoring and Coaching Services. We have no return policy on any products we sell, all our products are non-returnable.
Cancellation
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your Mentoring or Coaching services 7 days before the first scheduled session. Every Coaching session Group or Individual must be cancelled 7 days before its start date.
Downloadable Course, E-book and other digital media are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once you receive the link to download our course or e-book you will not be able to receive a refund.
Refunds
COACHIN SESSIONS FOR GROUP (SINGLE or PACKAGE)
We only refund coaching sessions for group 7 days prior to the first scheduled session. If you signed up for Package coaching sessions for Group and you miss any of those sessions, you will not receive any refund. You will still receive recording of the missed session via email. All recordings are emailed within 24-48 hours after the session.
COACHING SESSIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL (SINGLE or PACKAGE)
You need to email us at investandbefree2020@gmail.com 7 days prior to your first scheduled session (Single or Package). Once we receive your email, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request to cancel your scheduled session. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (Rescheduling)
If your Digital medial ( e-Book or Course) is corrupted or defective we will gladly exchange it for the latest version. You need to email us with your Order # and your full name and you will receive a new file or link to your product free of charge withing 24-48 hrs.
We only reschedule sessions that are for individual. You can request rescheduling of your upcoming session 48 hours prior to its start time by emailing us. If you signed up for multiple individual sessions (Package) and you miss any of those sessions without notifying us (no call-no show), you will not be eligible for rescheduling your missed session. You will simply lose your session from the Package you purchased.
Group sessions can’t be rescheduled. You will receive the recording of the session you missed.
Delivery (Shipping)
We deliver all our products via email. You will receive your order via email with the link to your product or link to schedule your upcoming Coaching session. There are no shipping charges or any convenience delivery fee.
